Nacorm Wins the Grand Prize “Tech Solution of the Year 2025” at the Tech for Construction Awards

  • October 11, 2025

On October 9th, during the Tech for Construction Awards 2025, Nacorm was honored with the Grand Prize “Tech Solution of the Year”, the highest distinction of the event.
This recognition celebrates our work on an AI-powered micro-placement solution, developed in partnership with the architecture firm Brunet Saunier & Associates.

A Recognition of Innovation in the Construction Industry

Organized by Tech for Construction, Le Moniteur, and the Cahiers Techniques du Bâtiment, the Tech for Construction Awards highlight each year the most innovative initiatives in the construction and AEC industries.
The Grand Prize Tech Solution of the Year honors the most advanced and impactful digital solution, one that demonstrates tangible improvements in performance, efficiency, and transformation of professional practices.

The 2025 edition, hosted by Carole Ferry and Julie Nicolas, brought together key players in construction technology, from startups to major groups, all sharing a common ambition: to build smarter, more sustainable, and more efficient environments through technology.

Artificial Intelligence Serving Micro-Placement

The award-winning solution is based on artificial intelligence designed to assist architects in the micro-placement phase.
It automatically analyzes site constraints, urban regulations, and program requirements to propose optimized layouts, providing both a significant time saving and a valuable design support tool.

Developed in partnership with Brunet Saunier & Associates, this AI demonstrates Nacorm’s commitment to empowering architectural creativity through technology, rather than replacing it.
We would like to thank Jacques Lévy from BSA and his team for their trust, collaboration, and openness throughout the project.

A Sign of Recognition and Industry Maturity

Beyond the award itself, this recognition represents a meaningful moment for the sector.
Nacorm is now acknowledged as a key innovation leader within the AEC industry, and it is clear that the field as a whole is becoming more mature and thoughtful in its approach to artificial intelligence.

Throughout the ceremony, many speakers emphasized that AI is no longer perceived as a futuristic curiosity but as a practical and strategic tool that improves design, collaboration, and sustainability.

Our Gratitude

We warmly thank

  • Tech for Construction, Le Moniteur, and the Cahiers Techniques du Bâtiment for this distinction
  • Carole Ferry and Julie Nicolas for their inspiring hosting
  • All members of the jury for their trust and recognition
